Whether you're receiving a brand-new card or replacing one that's been lost, stolen or compromised, you can securely view your card details sooner, without waiting for your physical card to arrive in the mail.
How to Access Your Card Details

Log in to Online or Mobile Banking.

Select ATM and DEBIT Card Controls.

Find your debit or credit card and click View Details.

Enter the cellular phone number on file and verify your identity using the one-time passcode.

Once verified, you can securely view your full card number, three-digit CVV and expiration date.
What Can You Do With Your Card Details?
Once your card details are available for use, you can:

Add Your Card to a Digital Wallet: Manually add your debit or credit card to a digital wallet for eligible signature-based transactions.

Make Online Purchases: Use your card details to shop online without having your physical card on hand.
Please Note: PIN and POS (Point of Sale) transactions are not supported through this feature.
When Will Your Card Details Be Available?
Debit Cards
When a debit card is ordered or issued by Member Services, card details are typically available within 24–48 business hours. Physical debit cards arrive by mail within 7–10 business days.
Credit Cards
When a credit card is ordered or issued during the day by Member Services or Velera Customer Service, card details are typically available immediately. However, please allow 48 hours after issuance before adding your credit card to a digital wallet or using it for online purchases.
